Veryan Warm Hub

We are opening a “Warm Hub” at the Veryan Community Café every Wednesday from January 4th 2023 to March 29th , in the Parish Hall, with help from “Volunteer Cornwall”.

The Hub will be open at 9.30am providing a warm space with WiFi, for all to use. Whether you want to quietly work, sit & read, play games or chat all are welcome. We will be providing hot & cold drinks and cake. We also aim to serve hot soup and a roll or jacket potatoes with fillings.

All of this will be free of charge, although donations would be welcome. We will close at 2.30pm.

So, whatever your situation is just come along and take advantage. As we develop, we hope to introduce a kiddies corner and board games to entertain all, whilst keeping you warm.

Volunteers are needed for 2 hour shifts.
